.

Hina Sethi is a jewelery designer from Hyderabad. Hina Sethi’s personality is full of life, she is cheerful and very pleasant. Hina has completer her masters in art and a special designing diploma of jewelery design.

Hina is some of the new people, giving new trend to a centuries old famous jewelery market of Hyderabad. Hina Sethi told us that she has aligned jewelery design with some principles and rules. While designing a piece of jewelery for an individual, so many things should be kept in mind. Firstly the person from whom you are designing, secondly shapes, styles, and colors for that particular type of design, including all requirements and limitations that are necessary to make the piece comfortable and functional. If these aspects are kept in mind, your client will have a piece of jewelery that will fit an individual’s personality, way of life, and be most becoming to her his appearance. In this way client will accrue jewelery that can become an integral part of their wardrobe and remain cherished possession for many years and perhaps many generations.

Jewelry is a wonderful accessory which can be designed in a wide range of metals & gemstones. These gem stones can be used with different sizes, colors, and varieties. Diamond is the most beautiful Gem materials that compose your jewelery design.

Hina Sethi, Hyderabad girl says jewelery has no value limit but if customer ordered it for a particular amount that time we have to design our product but keeping in mind this limit. Just imagine that a customer required a piece for fifty thousand rupees that piece should be fifty thousand after charging our profit. We must mind about profit and cost. If jewelery piece costing is fifty thousand that time it is very difficult to convince them why the price is out of budget. So is must be very clear that price of ordered piece should not exceed beyond to customer’s budget.

Valam belongs to Chennai, the 4th largest city of India. Valam is working in a local ISP (Internet service provider). Valam has done her masters in IT and she holds few networking certifications. Which make her fit for working as a network administrator.

Many organizations use a three tier support staff solution, with tier one (help desk) personnel handling the initial calls, tier 2 (technicians and PC support analysts) and tier three (network administrators). Most of those organizations follow a fixed staffing ratio, and being a network administrator is either the top job, or next to top job, within the technical support department.

Network administrators are responsible for making sure computer hardware and the network infrastructure itself is maintained properly for an IT organization. They are deeply involved in the procurement of new hardware (does it meet existing standardization requirements? Does it do the job required?) rolling out new software installs, maintaining the disk images for new computer installs (usually by having a standardized OS and application install), making sure that licenses are paid for and up to date for software that need it, maintaining the standards for server installations and applications, and monitoring the performance of the network, checking for security breaches, poor data management practices and more.

Haryana Girl Pari Singh Photo

Pari Singh is a girl from Haryana. Pari is an educator and teaches in a high school. Pari is an English teacher and she loves teaching English as a second language to her students.

Pari Singh thinks being a native English speaker or a non native English speaker literally means that you have a very very marketable skill at your disposal. English is in demand India and you can speak it what a great stroke of luck that is!

This Haryana girl has to work at home preparing lectures as teaching first grade English language learners in mainstream classes how to read has already become a growing national problem that faces many new first grade teachers. In the beginning, teachers should use ongoing mini assessments to know first the starting points of instruction.

In evening Pari works at an English teaching institute where she has to teacher English to adults.

Teaching adults is very different than teaching students in a formal school setting. They are cognitively more mature and motivated. However during the first week of classes, I heard many ‘I can’t do it’ voices in the first week especially from the older adults, who were certain that English was simply a maze of grammatical forms and verbiage that they still couldn’t grasp thirty years earlier when they were in High School.

In this particular type of situation, it is important to lay the ground rules while easing your adult students into a routine while helping them all along the way.

Pari Singh, the Haryana Girl is looking for friends to fill her hardworking routine life. Would you like to be the one?

Fine Art Degree Student Roshani

.

Roshani is a fine art degree student. She is studying in a famous Art School. There are degree granting and non-degree granting art schools, art schools with classrooms and online art courses. Some non-degree art courses give “Certificates of Completion.” So Roshani picked a full degree art school.

Fine art is passion for Roshani, Roshani has written few lines for us telling us in detail about her passion.

Art can be rightly described as the “expression of the appealing according to aesthetic principles”. The word ‘fine’ attached with ‘art’ does no wonders to denote the remarkable quality, but it redefines the purity in the institution of art! Over the years of its study and experimentation, fine arts has been personified as ‘visual art forms’ that include painting, sculpture, architecture and print making. This implies, rightly, that this discipline tends to exclude art forms classified as craft-work or applied art (example, textiles). A synonym for what we describe herein can be ‘visual art’.

Fine arts seeks no age, it only breeds a thought that needs a vent. A child learning to paint does not care about what others might say about what he paints, such is the essence of fine arts. A person of any age or šëx or religion can indulge into the extravaganza of feelings and then find a new way, into self exploration, who knows that simple mixing of colors might give him the fame of a lifetime, or even better if the palette can satisfy the excited soul!!!

Fine art is further categorized into Architecture, Ceramics, Dance, Drawing, Film, Fine art photography, Furniture, Intermedia (interdisciplinary, traditionally referred to as Fine Art Media), Literature, Music & Opera, Painting, Printmaking, Sculpture, Textiles and Theatre. Classifying art does not mean that unbreakable walls have been created around it, suffocating it to fatality. Categorizing is only done so as to create tables for each one of these because rapidly multiplying contributions in them.

Roma is an artist and a student of fine art degree. Roma has an artistic sense, she was drawing paintings since her childhood. In college her art begin to improve, so decided to study fine art. Fine Arts is defined in the Encarta Dictionary as being, “any art form, for example, painting, sculpture, architecture, drawing, or engraving, that is considered to have purely aesthetic value” (Encarta, 2004). Though this definition is used in relationship with the arts in the regular world, in regards to teaching, fine arts is defined as a subject beneficial, not essential, to the learning process and is often phased out because of lack of time, little learning potential, and no money. Fine arts is simply seen as painting and drawing, not a subject studied by an academic scholar.

This led Roma to get enrolled in an art college. Fine arts expand the boundaries of learning for the students and encourage creative thinking and a deeper understanding of the core subjects.

Painting has remained main interest for Roma. She is studying painting in different mediums. Watercolors, oil painting and she have a special medium clay painting. Roma believes in order to paint well, you need talent, right? Well, talent is certainly not a bad thing, but it won’t make you a master artist. You also need know-how. You need to learn and understand the basics and work your way up. It’s a learning process that takes time and commitment. Remember, no one was ever born with the knowledge how to paint. So you need to acquire knowledge by studying art.

Disha sent this photo of her in a Greece Yacht. Disha a long with her family visited Greece on a holiday and this photo was taken on a chartered Yacht. Greece is a wonderful place Dish told us. I enjoyed the best ever holidays in Greece.

The most memorable part of this holiday was chartering a luxury yacht and visiting several Greece islands. They stayed on this yacht for a few days. The Ionian Sea lies to the west of the mainland of Greece, it combines both good sailing weather, sunny and warm with predictable winds with a fascinating group of islands. Navigation is generally by line of sight and a passage between islands is generally only a few hours in duration The islands are attractive and steeped in Greek mythology. This is a great place for people learning to sail or building experience and so it is no surprise that it is home to several companies running flotilla sailing holidays. Islands that can be visited include; Corfu, Paxos, Levkas, Meganisi, Ithaca, Cephalonia and Zakinthos. More information about yacht charter in the Ionian Sea can be found here.

The Saronic Gulf lies to the south of Athens, the capital of Greece. As a practical sailing area it includes the Athens or Attica coast on the mainland, the eastern coast of the Peloponnisos including the Gulfs of Idhras and Argolikos. Some of the better known Islands include Aigina, Poros, Idhra or Hydra and Spetsai.

Disha is looking for friends that can be a part of her life and she can meet them in real. Do you want to be a friend of this adventurous girl?

Marvi came from an influential family and after complete her studies now she is working as a social worker and have opened up an NGO to help support the poor village woman and tenants.

This work is challenging for her, it was not easy for her to start an NGO as she came from a feudal family. Everyone was opposing her work but somehow she worked it with her father and he allowed her to start her NGO.

Architects of organizations and institutions usually have a lot of urge and positive dreams to start-off ground-breaking work, and become popular within their organizations. But along the way, confusion crops in -at the time when prospects begin to show up. At take-off stage, the founders and administrators sooner than later begin to focus on the small financial benefits that start to flow in, scramble for shares, struggle for more influence or power, and mud-splash one another to force some of the “undesirable” founders and executives out of office.

The job has been proven as challenging as it could be but working for poor is a life changing experience for Marvi. After a lot of requests we are allowed by Marvi to put her profile here. This profile is not here for any dating purposes, this is only for social networking.

Abhishek Carried Big B Piggyback?

.

For a sequence in Paa Abhishek needed to carry his father piggyback and trot across a vast field. An exercize in role reversal that had everyone on the sets petrified and apprehensive.

After all, it is one thing to play your father’s father. But to carry him on your back and run in paternal passion is quite another.

To the director Balki’s surprise and relief Abhishek simply breezed through the difficult scene. “Abhishek did it in one take. He carried his father effortlessly across the vast field. We shot the sequence near Cambridge in England at a place called Bury St Edmunds.”

The place was chosen not just for its green acres which facilitated Abhishek’s run with his father on his back, but also to avoid large crowds of gawking Indians.

On asked how he felt to be carried by his own son the Big B quipped, “Carrying me piggyback was Abhishek’s job. Jaya and I merely produced a strong boy! No, the most tedious part of playing the 12-year old boy in Paa was the makeup.

I had sto sit still for 4-5 hours every morning without moving, eating or even drinking water. For a sunrise shot I had to be up from 11 am the previous night doing the makeup to be able to shoot on time the next morning.”

Katrina Kaif Chased By A Mob Of Five Thousands?

.

Gujju fans gave a scare to Katrina Kaif in Ahemdabad while she was promoting her forthcoming film Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani at a mall in the city.

The venue where she was to make an appearance was packed with thousands of fans who screamed her name, whistled, hooted, teased, and pushed around. Kat remained on stage to avoid mingling with the frenzied fans, but then, to her shock, the stage started to shake. It seemed the stage would collapse.

Says a source, " Soon it became chaotic with fans screaming her name and threatening to break the security cordon. The pretty lass even hurt her leg as it got stamped upon by people on stage while she was trying to escape the enthusiastic crowd."

But her woes did not end here. She not only got mobbed but also got chased by bikers right up to the hotel she was staying at, and refused to leave until the actress met them.

Confirming the incident, Katrina, "It was pretty scary as they were all screaming our names. They were over-excited. It was the most terrifying moment of my life the stage crashing down in front of the fans and I getting swallowed by the crowd! The feeling of suffocation gets to you.

Fortunately, there was one particular massively built security guard who rushed me out of the stage and back to the hotel so well that I was able to breathe a sigh of relief when I entered my hotel room. He didn't allow any persistent fans to enter the lobby, too."

Mugdha Godse Splited With Boyfriend?

.

Deepika and Ranbir are not the only couple in Bollywood going through the turbulent times. We hear that Mugdha Godse and her longtime boyfriend, Mithun Purandare have also bid goodbye to each other.

Mithun is an upcoming model and an aspiring actor who has been with Godse for the past six years. The two had immediately hit off after they came together for a music video in 2003. And though all was hunky dory initially, things begun to strain after Mugdha became an overnight sensation post her ‘Fashion’ success.

Things started going wrong early this year when the couple realised that they had completely different tastes. However, they soon buried the hatchet and decided to give their relationship another shot. But it was too late and they just couldn’t work things out.

Confirming the news, the actress said, “Mithun and I are not together any longer. I am single now. Both, Mithun and I, were very young then (when their relationship started). As two people grow up, they might realise that they are not meant to be together as a couple but are better off as friends.”

Neils Nitin' Erotic & Masturbation Scenes Aren't Vulgar?

.

Neil Nitin Mukesh is the first mainstream hero to have done a scene of masturbation in Madhur Bhandarkar’s Jail.

Reliving the highly unconventional moments of on-screen realism Neil says, “Frankly if it was some other director I’d have said no. But knowing the way Madhur depicts explicit sexual scenes I said yes.

We shot the masturbation sequence with 450 other actors on the set with me. All the other inmates are asleep when I do it. Now a lot of it has been cropped off. But we still see the character doing it. There’s just a suggestion of it now.”

A portion of the sequence was voluntarily removed from the film before it was presented to the censor board.

Says Neil, “Honestly, after Madhur and I shot the masturbation sequence we found we had gone too far. It was too explicit. It was just not jelling with Indian concepts of aesthetics. So we decided to knock it off quite a bit by mutual consent. We just wondered if the flow of the narration would be hampered.”

That’s not only sexually explicit sequence Neil has participated in for Jail. “In one sequence I go in the night to the bath and see a boy performing oral sex on another. Their pleasure is interrupted by me, and the boy says, ‘You had to come and spoil the fun.’ While we agreed to remove dialogue the scene of oral sex remains.”

Neil’s colleagues say they would gladly do a nude scene for a role. Ranbir Kapoor already has in Saawariya. But auto- eroticism is going too far.

Neil explains, “My nude or masturbation scenes are not for titillation. It’s a very practical need in the script. My character is in Jail without sex for 2 and 1/2 years. What does he do? He naturally seeks pleasure by himself. In the scene that we shot my character fantasizes about his girlfriend and gets his gratification.”

Comparing the moment to the dramatic poignant and memorable sequence in Alan Parker’s 1979 prison drama Midnight Express where the young prison inmate makes his girlfriend undress from across the glass partition dividing prisoners from visitors Neil sighs, “Oh my God! That was a wonderful moment. But we couldn’t show something like this in Jail.

Even the love-making scene with Mugdha Godse has been so aesthetically shot. Like the love making scene between Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio in Titanic. It became an out-of-the-body experience for the audience.”

Even the censors’ blocking off Neil’s frontal nudity has been taken in the right spirit by the young actor.

“At first I was upset. I realize I am the first Indian actor to show full frontal nudity. But the scene was that of humiliation, not titillation, like the naked parade in Bandit Queen.

Even though I don’t get raped physically Jail is the first Hindi film to show the hero’s emotional rape. We’ve created all the hell inside prison. Audiences will actually see the horror behind the prison walls.”

Himesh Reshammiya's Radio Became Hit?

.

Himesh Reshammiya's 'Karzzzz' had released on 17th October 2008. Exactly a year later Himesh Reshammiya can be seen promoting his next film as an actor, composer and singer- 'Radio'.

There is a difference in excitement this time around though. In case of 'Karzzzz', he was riding high on the success of his debut flick 'Aap Kaa Surroor- The Moviee' (2007) which had turned out to be an unexpected success.

It had seemed that Reshammiya had truly arrived as Bollywood's complete entertainer. Naturally, everyone associated with 'Karzzzz' was 200 percent sure that they had a winner in hands.

However, this was not the case to be as the film turned out to be a major box office disappointment. Released on a huge print count at thousands of shows a day, the film saw poor percentage occupancy.

Word of mouth spread fast that the film had failed to attract audiences and even though in absolute terms, the film did bring in its crores, it was the theory of relativity that played spoilsport.

The film was labelled flop even before the opening weekend came to a close. Result? The film didn't even reach its audiences which relied on word of mouth as well as trade perception.

Circa 2009 and Himesh Reshammiya and Co. have smartened up. This is the reason why the excitement is on a much different scale this time around as it's a month to go before the release of 'Radio'.

It's not that the crores which are doing the talking this time around; it's the entire tagging of a 'hit' status much before the release of the film which is giving everyone associated with 'Radio' a feeling of comfort.

In 'Karzzzz', it was an anticipation of a huge box office run that kept the excitement going for its makers. In case of 'Radio', it's the recovery in investment on the table that has kept the makers happy and made them look forward to whatever additional revenue that comes in from the theatrical run.

The deal is as simple as this. The film has been made on a limited budget of 6 crores and this paltry amount had already been recovered from the satellite, home video and music rights. The man at the hot seat, Himesh Reshammiya, has played a smart game of extending his status as a Bollywood leading man.

He has even drastically reduced his price as an actor, composer and singer and instead chosen a model where he would be getting a massive part of his remuneration from the profits that 'Radio' could end up making.

If one thought that Himesh would be shying away from admitting to his new game plan then that is not the case. Quite forthcoming about his newfound strategy, he lets the businessman in him come on the forefront as he shares details around the making of 'Radio' and how it could well pave the way for many more films to turn into successful ventures at the box office.

"It's true that the makers have already recovered the entire investment even before the first copy of 'Radio' is yet to be out. We haven't mounted 'Radio' on a huge scale.

The demand of the subject is such that it could be made in a controlled budget and yet be given the kind of look and treatment that it deserved. The film has been wrapped up in 6 crores flat. Moreover, that money has already come from all non-theatrical rights like satellite, music and home video. Now whatever the makers get from theatrical revenue, whether from India or overseas would be plain bonus.

This makes 'Radio' as a successful venture already. It is now to be seen whether it reaches a 'super hit' or beyond status once it releases this December", says Himesh Reshammiya who certainly has an air of confidence around him as he shares details around the economics of this film directed by Isshaan Trivedi.

Starring Shenaz Treasurywala and Sonal Sehgal as the leading ladies, 'Radio' is all set for a 3rd December release.

Katrina Kaif Is India's Biggest Actress?

.

Bollywood's latest heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor can go on and on about his "Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani" co-star Katrina Kaif. He finds her drive and passion for work inspiring and says she is "the nicest person in the industry".

"The drive that Katrina has is inspiring. She is there and she just doesn't stop. She has come a long way from where she started and where she is today, " Ranbir told in an interview here.

"She is India's biggest actress and there is a lot of hard work, sacrifice and passion she has put behind that and I totally respect that. And the best part is that she doesn't take that for granted, " the 28-year-old actor said.

Ranbir, who will be seen again with Katrina in Prakash Jha's political thriller "Rajneeti", describes Katrina as the "nicest person in the industry".

"There is an amazing positive energy about her. She is hardworking and everything she does is for the betterment of the movie. She is fun loving, passionate about cinema and passionate about her work. I share a great rapport with her, " he said.

His "Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani" is slated for release Nov 6 and shows the story of a happy-go-lucky boy, who falls in love with a girl. But the girl is in love with someone else. The film also has a special appearance by Salman Khan.

Asked about his on-screen chemistry with Katrina, Ranbir said: "As far as chemistry is concerned, I always believe that chemistry never happens between two actors, it happens between two characters in the movie. It depends how the characters are written in the script and the moments and the scenes between them. That's when chemistry happens.

"Katrina and I are working for the first time, so people are finding this pairing new and fresh, but unless the film releases and unless it becomes a hit, you never know whether the chemistry has worked out or not, " he said.

Ranbir, son of actors Rishi and Neetu Kapoor, made his acting debut in 2007 with Sanjay Leela's Bhansali's "Saawariya" opposite newcomer Sonam Kapoor. The film failed at the box office, but it didn't deter his growth as he received positive reviews for his performance and got good offers.

Siddharth Anand's romantic comedy "Bachna Ae Haseeno" was his second film and it hit the jackpot at the box office. And now everyone - from critics to audiences - are going ga ga over his performance in "Wake Up Sid", in which he was paired opposite Konkana Sen Sharma.

After "Ajab Prem...", Ranbir will be seen in Shimit Amin's "Rocket Singh: Salesman of The Year", "Rajneeti" and Siddharth Anand's "Anjaana Anjaani".

.

Not that Shatrughan Sinha has allowed Salman Khan to launch his daughter Sonakshi as a leading lady in Arbaaz Khan directorial Dabangg, the brawny star is taking his duty as the protective guardian very seriously.

Thankfully for him, the burden of carrying the star-daugter on his able shoulders is much lighter now as Sonakshi has slimmed down from 90 kg to 60 kg. Salman has been giving her step-by-step advice on her career. He has not only advised Sonakshi to lose more weight, he has also told her not to do too many films at the same time.

How did she manage to lose so much? “It took two years of hard work, determination and will power. It was a combination of proper diet and vigorous exercise that got me to the shape, ” she says, “I did weight training four to five times a week along with cardio. I eat small meals every three hours to keep me going."

Sonakshi plays a village girl in the film and has been doing her homework to prepare for the character.

"Other than working on my weight, I've been preparing by observing people and trying to pick up nuances. I play a village girl who is dabangg (fearless) in nature. Also, my director, Abhinav, and I have been rehearsing the script so that I am prepared once on the sets, "she tells.

Dad Shhotgun is bowled over by Salman’s concern for her daughter.

“Salman understands the way to work better than we did. So we have full faith in him. He is making sure Sonakshi has the best possible launch. I allowed her to get into films on his persistence and Salman has taken upon himself the responsibility to make sure she emerges from her debut with our family name and her dignity intact, ” said Shatru.

Shamita Will Be Able To Attend Shilpa's Marriage

.

There’s a chance that Shamita may not be able to attend her sister’s wedding. According to highly- placed sources at Colors there seems to be no provision to get a contestant out of a game show for a wedding.

Hard as it may be to believe, Shilpa Shetty’s kid-sister now locked away in Bigg Boss, is oblivious of the momentous developments in her star-sister’s life.

Says a highly-placed Colors source, “Shamita has not been told anything about Shilpa’s engagement or the marriage in the last week of November. As far Shamita knows the marriage was supposed to happen in December after the show was over.”

Now that Shilpa has approached the channel to evict her sister in time for the wedding—and a meeting between the two parties is on the cards this weekend—the channel bosses are at a loss as to how the rules can be bent to get Shamita out of the Bigg Boss house.

Says the source, “There’s a provision for a house-mate to be brought out in a case of an extreme emergency. It happened with Jade Goody last year. But does a sister’s unscheduled wedding qualify as a family crisis? We’re now wondering if the same rule as Jade can be applied to Shamita’s case.”

The international Big Brother rules are being consulted. If there’s no provision for a contestant to leave the game for a family wedding, them Shamita Shetty may not get the permission to leave Bigg Boss house for the wedding!

This however seems improbable, considering Shilpa’s old relations with the reality show. (She was contestant on Bigg Brother and hosted Bigg Boss 2).

Says the source from Colors, “After meeting Shilpa this weekend we’ll work out a strategy on Shamita’s eviction.”

According to plans if rules apply, Shamita’s eviction will be done live. “If an unexpected turn of events helps us boost our TRPs we’re certainly not shy of putting it on camera. We did with Jade Goody. We’ll do it with Shamita.”

The pop philosopher of the show Amitabh Bachchan is expected to do the needful. He will be breaking the news of Shilpa’s engagement and impending marriage to Shamita.

“The rest is up to Shamita. Once we’re sure she can be evicted whether she decides to come out or stay in the House is entirely her decision, ” ends the channel source
